New York at Christmas

New York at Christmas is a magical experience. The city is decked from end to end. Here’s a photo essay on some of the best spots in NYC for Christmas lights and decorations.

Lotte New York Palace Hotel Christmas Tree

Lotte New York Palace on Madison Ave and E 50th Street is famous for its Christmas tree. It’s not far from the Rockefeller Center and Radio City with their decorations (coming up next) so you could see them all in one walk.

6th Avenue Christmas Decorations

The area around Radio City on 6th Avenue in Midtown Manhattan has gone for big fun decorations — big baubles, big candy canes, big Christmas lights, big nutcrackers.

    1. Hi Patti. I am happy to hear you enjoyed the photos of Phillip Island. They do not belong to me. I have credited the photographer’s Instagram name beneath each image. If you search that name on Instagram you’ll find the owner of the photos. You can also search instagram yourself by using the #PhillipIsland hashtag and approach photographers as I did. There’s so much talent out there, and it is such a beautiful island. I hope you receive the permissions you need. Warm regards, Jodie
