Eastern Beach Holiday Park is a short scenic walk across a creek bridge to 90 Mile Beach, an excellent surf beach, which is patrolled for swimming during summer.

What makes it special:
This place will appeal to couples and grey nomads who prefer ‘quiet’ over ‘family friendly’. Lakes Haven Caravan Park is small, well-maintained and an easy stroll from the beach and shops. All sites come with a personal brick en-suite with hot showers, a picnic table, and a clotheslines with pegs on it. It is just 600 metres from the footbridge taking you to the patrolled 90 mile Surf Beach and a licensed supermarket is a 5 minute walk away. It was for sale at the time of writing (June 2015) so check they are still open.
