The best way to see the world is not jetting in and out of destinations, but to travel across land, taking it in, getting to know the local people, the local food, the beauty of the landscapes, and the night constellations. Australia is a great country to explore in a campervan. You can hire a campervan for road trips shorter than three months. Any longer and you’re better of buying a used campervan and selling it back afterwards.
