White Tree Bay is a small campground with just 15 sites. It is also a birdwatchers paradise with yellow-tailed black cockatoos, currawongs and gannets. It is right on the waterfront of Bombah Broadwater under the shade of majestic paperbark trees, so it is perfect for kayaking, fishing, swimming, and paddle boarding. The picnic tables are by the water so you have a table with a view.
The nearby Old Gibber Road/Mining Road fire trail is good for mountain biking and hiking.
There are no bookings, it’s a first come first served basis. There is also no water so be sure to bring your own.
