Between Bermagui and Tathra is a stretch of natural bush and coastline protected by the Mimosa Rocks National Park. The national park has three campsites suitable for camper van camping. All sites are beach front in shady untamed bush with toilets and campfire rings, but no showers. You can fall asleep to the sound of the ocean and enjoy fireside chats under a starry sky. All campsites are close to walking tracks and beaches.
Rates for all campgrounds: $10 per adult and $5 per child per night. Pay on site.

What makes it special?
Argunna campground has good fishing, walking tracks to scenic look outs, and Aboriginal heritage.The large campground has an area in untamed surroundings just 50m from the beach, an open, grassy area shaded by tall mahogany trees, and an elevated spot to the west of the beach.

What makes it special?
Nestled beside two beautiful sandy beaches, the campground is ideally located for beach fishing. Catch a bream for dinner. It has campfire rings, perfect for fireside chats under the stars. Fall asleep to the sound of the ocean.

What makes it special?
It is on the beach and close to beautiful walking tracks. Park your camper van so you have a view and fall asleep watching the stars to the sound of crashing waves. Gillards beach can have rips and swimming is not encouraged, but it is great for a game of beach cricket, beach walks and fishing. There is safer swimming at the secluded Moon Bay nearby. At night keep y our torch handy for potoroo spotting. They’re like a small kangaroo.
