I used to drift across the lake on a lilo. The water was so clear I could watch the fish and sea life, right down to the crabs scuttling along the sand, in and out of the little seaweed forests. The wildlife is friendly. Sometimes its hard to get a photo, with kangaroos sticking their noses into the lens and rainbow lorikeets trying to land on your camera.  The beach is flanked with sand dunes and unspoiled native bush. It’s a special place to wile away a few days kayaking, swimming, fishing, walking, and dining on the local food.

But pictures tell the story. All photographers have been credited with their Instagram names.
