Free Camping Blue Mountains, Australia

Many caravan parks and campgrounds charge up to $15 for each additional person on top of the two person tariff. If you’re traveling in a group, this can quickly add up. I’ve put together a list of free campgrounds in and around the Blue Mountains to help you keep costs down while exploring this beautiful part of Australia. Most are for tents only, but two free campgrounds accommodate caravans and camper vans, too. I have started the list with them. All campgrounds are mapped at the end of the article.
